Shipping Policy

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, you may request a return under the terms below.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.

We cannot accept returns of used, damaged, altered, or personalized items.

To request a return, please contact us before sending the item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Original shipping fees, taxes, and duties are non-refundable.
